DON WHITES TIMONIUM DIFFERENCE CUSTOMER REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Don White’s Timonium (“Company”) agrees to you, the original consumer who purchases a vehicle from company with less than 6 years and 80,000 miles on the unaltered odometer, that the engine parts (described below in the section “what is covered”) of the purchased vehicle are fee from defects in material and workmanship for an unlimited period of time and for unlimited mileage, while the purchased vehicle is owned by you, subject to the limitations and requirements herein set forth. The maximum aggregate limit of engine coverage provided under the duration of this limited engine guarantee is $4,000 or the NADA Clean Book Value of the vehicle at the time of a claim, whichever is less. In the event of the covered part of the engine is disclosed to Company’s satisfaction to be defective in material, workmanship or mechanical function and which is not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Company will, at its sole option, repair or replace the part covered by this guarantee. This Guarantee is non-transferable and no cash or credit is available under the Guarantee except as provided herein. This Guarantee does not apply if the defect is due to damage as a result of the causes set forth below in Section “What is not Covered”. Any damage or loss covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty or the extended service contract will first be subject to such warranty. You agree to help and cooperate with Company in the enforcement your rights under the original manufacturer’s warranty if applicable. To the extent the original manufacturer’s does not apply or fully cover the damage or loss, it will be covered by the Guarantee. You should consult the manufacturer’s warranty booklet for details regarding the original manufacturer’s warranty.
What is covered:
Engine: Engine head(s) and engine block if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part, all internally lubricated parts including pistons, pins and rings, connecting rods and bearings, crankshaft and main bearings; push rods, valve springs, guides, seats and lifters, rocker arms, shafts and bushings, timing gear, chain or tensioners and retainers, an timing cover, intake and exhaust manifolds; flywheel, balance shafts, harmonic balancer and retainer bolt; oil pan, oil pump and pressure relief valve, oil filter/adapter housing; fuel supply pump; vacuum pump; and fasteners and seals and gaskets for the components listed above.
ALL Repairs &Services must be performed at Don White’s Timonium in order to qualify for this Guarantee. Your vehicle must be served at the time or mileage intervals recommended by the vehicle’s manufacturer and dealership service menu. All service must be performed within one month or 500 miles of the Manufacturer’s regularly recommended and schedules interval(s) based upon the odometer reading and date of the previous scheduled service. You must have your vehicle serviced by Don White’s and our product provider.
What is not Covered:
Loss due to abuse, additions, alterations, misuse (including overload or over-revving), maintenance neglect, abuse, vandalism, abnormal operations or accidents, failure to timely change fluids or maintain proper fluid levels, any failure resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs, any failure due to environmental conditions, overheating or freeze cracks, warped heads or cracks in head or block; failure of components or parts not furnished or otherwise authorized by Company; loss or failure due to bad fuel or foreign material or additives; loss or failure due to defects or damage caused by repair or maintenance performed at a location thatis not an authorized Company approved service facility; any defect or damage due to failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, expense reimbursement to towing, lodging or substitute transportation or any other incidental expenses, reimbursement for loss of time, income or loss of use of vehicle are not covered; incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages resulting from any alleged defect or malfunction; or any damage or less covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty or any extended service contract purchased.
This Guarantee does not apply to diesel; any turbo charged (other than the Dodge Dart), hybrid or supercharged engines. This Guarantee does not apply to vehicles that are purchase for commercial use. A vehicle is deemed to be “purchased for commercial use” if it’s owned by a business, it is part of a fleet of vehicles if it is used primarily in connection with the operation of a business. Claim Procedure: In order to obtain service under this Limited Guarantee, call Company’s Service Department at 410-934-0750 to make arrangements for repairs. You must tell the Service Manager at the time of call that you are a Limited Engine Guarantee holder. The Company’s service manager will make arrangements for your vehicle to be evaluated for Guarantee coverage and any applicable service. ALL Repairs must be performed at our Don White’s Timonium.
Oil Changes for Life ? Standard Oil Changes:
Don White’s Timonium will provide an oil change every 7,500 miles from the date of purchase. Oil changes apply only up to a limit of six quarts. For Vehicles requiring a Synthetic Oil Change by the manufacturer maintenance guidelines: Don White’s Timonium will provide an oil change every 7,500 miles from the date of purchase for 50% off the retail customer rate at time of service.
Diesel Oil Change by the manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines: Don White’s Timonium will provide an oil change every 7,500 miles from the date of purchase for 50% off the retail customer rate at time of service.
Tire Rotation for Life-Don White’s Timonium will provide a tire rotation every 5,000 from the date of purchase. Vehicles with more than four tires excluded.
Car Washes for Life-Don White’s Timonium will provide a car wash in conjunction with a recommended service.
