The new Wagoneer now available at Don White’s Timonium Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is bigger than even the extended-wheelbase Grand Cherokee and delivers excellent towing capabilities as well. With both the Series II and Series III, you have the option of a 2nd Row Seating Group that adds captain’s chairs to the second row and a floor console between them. Legroom is the same regardless of which seat layout you choose. Legroom in the first, second and third row is 40.9, 42.7 and 36.6 inches, respectively. Headroom ranges from 41.3 inches in the first row to 40.0 inches in the second row to 39.0 inches in the third row. The dedicated cargo area measures 27.4 cubic feet, and as much as 116.7 cubic feet is available with the rear seating folded out of the way. The base package includes heated front seats, a heated steering wheel and a three-zone climate control system. Options available via the upper trims include wireless charging, Wi-Fi hotspot, leather upholstery, heated rear seats and more.
The Series I, Series II and Series III 2022 Wagoneer all include rear-wheel drive as standard equipment and offer four-wheel drive as an option. The 4×4 models have an electronically disconnecting front axle. A tow hitch is included standard with the Series II, but you also have the option of the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow group, which adds enhanced engine cooling, trailer brake control, an electronic limited-slip differential and a 3.92 rear axle ratio. The Series III includes that equipment. With four-wheel drive, it also adds hill descent control, an adaptive air suspension and a two-speed on-demand transfer case.
Regardless of drive layout, every 2022 Wagoneer near Parkville has an eight-speed automatic transmission. All models pair that transmission with a 5.7-liter V8 engine: 392 horsepower and 404 pound-feet of torque. This engine has eTorque, which is a mild hybrid system that helps to improve fuel performance. With the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow group, your Wagoneer can tow as much as 10,000 pounds, and this is true whether you opt for rear-wheel or four-wheel drive.
The Series I 2022 Wagoneer features the Uconnect 5 infotainment system with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, integrated navigation and Apple and Android device integration. An additional touchscreen oriented toward the front passenger is available. The standard suite of driver-assistance technologies is extensive: automatic headlamps, a rearview monitor, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, blind-spot monitoring, front and rear parking sensors and adaptive cruise control. An optional Convenience Group adds automatic high beams, a head-up display, a 360-degree camera system, front cross-traffic in addition to rear cross-traffic monitoring, driver attention monitoring and automated parking. All of that equipment is standard with the Series III.
