The 2021 Wrangler Rubicon 392 comes standard with a hardtop, but as with all Wrangler models, there are multiple tops to choose from, and you can even opt for multiple tops so that you have options for your adventures.
All Wrangler models have two rows, but benefits of the Ultimate configuration is that you can seat up to five, the cabin is a lot roomier and rear passengers have their own doors. The driver and front passenger are provided more than 42 inches of headroom and more than 41 inches of legroom. Passengers in the rear seat are afforded more than 41 inches of headroom and more than 38 inches of legroom. While most Wrangler models offer you the option of either rear- or four-wheel drive, the 2021 Wrangler Rubicon 392 was designed with four -wheel drive in mind. In fact, it boasts a Selec-Trac system, which as an active transfer case and a low-range gear ratio and delivers power to all four wheels full-time. This setup also offers selectable driving modes that can help you optimize performance.
As mentioned in the introduction, this is the most powerful Wrangler ever made. That is due to a naturally aspirated 6.4L HEMI V8 engine married to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The V8 is rated for 470 hp and 470 lb.-ft. of torque, and it can reach 60 mph in less than 60 seconds! Trailering equipment is available that lets your Wrangler Rubicon 392 tow up to 3,500 pounds. If you take your Wrangler Rubicon 392 off-road, Selec-Speed Control can eliminate the need for you to throttle or brake.
The Uconnect 4 infotainment system is standard equipment with the Wrangler Rubicon 392. Features include an 8.4-inch touch-display, a rearview camera system, voice control, Bluetooth and integrated Android and Apple device support. Optional is a front-facing camera for off-roading that will be integrated into the infotainment system as well. Jeep has also opted to include standard all of the driver assists available for any other Wrangler. That includes cruise control that adapts to traffic conditions, a system to detect and avoid collision and a monitor that will keep an eye on your blind spots.
