    Bob has been in the Automotive Service Industry for over 16 years, the last 2 1/2 years have been here at Don White's Timonium Chrysler Jeep Dodge.  Prior to his experience in automotive service, Bob was in the Financial Services Industry for 20 years.

    Bob and his Wife have been rescuing dogs for years and currently have 2, including a 215 pound Saint Bernard.  Be sure to ask him to see the pictures!

    James has been with the Don White's Family for over a decade.  He was with us from 2000-2007 and returned in 2010.

    Ralph Smith is a Service Advisor with over 20 years experience.  His philosophy of treating customers like family has served him well over his 2 decades in the automotive industry.

    "The best part of my day," says Ralph, "is meeting and talking with customers from all walks of life.  I enjoy every day."

    When Ralph is not at the dealership, he spends a good deal of him time volunteering with Special Olympics in his home County.  He became involved along with his wife and son, an 18-year-old with special needs.  His time spent helping to coordinate such sports as basketball and track and field give him an insight into how much the athletes are capable of, given time time, patience and training.  "It is an invaluable experience," he says.  You can learn more about the Special Olympics Maryland by clicking here .

    The highlight of the Special Olympics year is the Polar Bear Plunge held each January at Sandy Point State Park.  Ralph and his son have been avid "plungers" for ten years, braving the chilling water to raise money for their favorite cause.  You can see pictures and get information about the plunge by clicking here .
